This vase is gorgeous, and we were really blown away by how quick the service was.

I still haven't received my item two weeks after the promised delivery date. The delivery service plays a big role in the whole shopping experience, and not sticking to commitments or providing updates is pretty disappointing. I was left with no choice but to just wait around... with no end in sight.

The customer service is decent, but just a heads up: these products ship from the Czech Republic. If you find yourself needing to send something back, you’ll either fork out £20 for the return fee or handle the shipping costs (and all the annoying stuff that comes with sending things to the EU) on your own. Honestly, they ought to offer a free returns option. I wasn't too impressed with the quality of the glasses and wanted to send them back, but I really don’t want to lose £20 or deal with the hassle of shipping to the EU myself, especially since I've had a few rough runs with couriers not delivering and all that.

When it’s placed by a window with sunlight streaming in, the amber reveals different tones, even leaning towards red. I'm really pleased (planning to grab a few more soon!)
